Senior QA Automation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites with Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and manual testing of web applications.
• Test REST APIs and validate data using SQL across relational and non-relational databases.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep automation stable, fast, and reliable.
• Use AI-powered tools for test generation, maintenance, and results analysis.
• Document defects, investigate failures, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on resolution and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software quality assurance, including automated and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Programming or scripting experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing, SQL data validation, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, defect management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Mobile application testing with Appium, Detox, or similar tools.
• Experience with Angular, Nest, MongoDB, performance or load testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and distributed international teams.
