Implementation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the hirify.global platform for utility customers worldwide.
• Ingest and manipulate large LiDAR, GIS, and asset datasets using hirify.global’s schema language and configuration framework.
• Perform rigorous QA/QC to ensure digital twin models accurately reflect real-world physics and customer specifications.
• Build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for utility engineers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on process, tooling, and deployment automation improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming or data language, such as SQL or Python, and the ability to learn a new schema language.
• Fluent English and strong written communication skills for technical configurations, internal knowledge bases, and external user manuals.
• Ability to analyze complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models for 100% accuracy.
• Background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data.
