TL;DR
DataOps Engineer (ETL/SQL): Supporting data warehouses, ETL processes, and the infrastructure used to develop and run them with an accent on performance monitoring, optimization, and operational reliability. Focus on analyzing technical problems, improving data-processing infrastructure, and collaborating with a US-based team during PST working hours.
Location: Remote from Lithuania; availability until 12:00 PM PST is required.

Develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together approximately 300 professionals across Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.
What you will do
- Support data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Maintain the infrastructure and tools used to develop and run ETL processes.
- Monitor infrastructure and service performance and optimize reliability and efficiency.
- Analyze technical problems and participate in their resolution.
- Collaborate with a team in the USA through daily calls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ETL processes.
- Excellent SQL knowledge.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python or Perl, or a development language such as Java, C++, or C#, including the ability to create and edit small scripts.
- Experience with a task scheduler or orchestrator such as Rundeck, Airflow, or SQL Activity Monitor.
- Strong spoken English at Intermediate level or higher.
- Availability until 12:00 PM PST.
Nice to have
- Experience with Big Data, Databricks, Spark, or Hadoop.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Secrets Manager.
- Experience with MFT tools such as GoAnywhere.
