What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, niche, and high-impact roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, assess, interview, and close active and passive candidates.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, hiring recommendations, and a strong candidate experience.
• Support employer branding, inclusive hiring, and recruitment process improvement projects.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide data-driven updates, and mentor junior recruiters and sourcers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong internal customer management, influencing, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
