Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
• Source, attract, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, communications, assessments, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and extend offers while communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
• Maintain candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system and collaborate with external recruiting partners when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience; a minimum of 4 years may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Experience supporting business functions such as Technology, Finance, and Marketing.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, relationship-building, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units.
• Experience supporting large-scale recruitment campaigns.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment trends in Mexico and international markets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
