Group Reporting Manager (Fintech)

Location: City of London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days in the office

What you will do

• Own the Group month-end close and consolidation process in HFM, working with Financial Controllers and Financial Operations.
• Perform multi-currency consolidation, including translation and elimination of foreign operations.
• Manage interim and year-end reporting processes and prepare and review Group financial statements.
• Prepare monthly financial management information packs and cash flow analysis, explaining key performance and position drivers.
• Partner with international stakeholders, including Financial Control in Kraków and regional controllers, while reviewing reporting submissions.
• Drive improvements to Group reporting processes, maintain consolidation metadata and the chart of accounts, oversee selected holding companies, and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or a local equivalent professional accounting qualification with typically 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Audit experience, ideally with Big Four training.
• Strong experience in multi-currency consolidation and end-to-end Group month-end close processes.
• Experience managing interim and year-end reporting and preparing financial statements under IFRS.
• Experience with HFM or an equivalent consolidation system such as OneStream or Oracle FCCS.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and continuous-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in a listed group or private-equity-backed environment.
• Interest in financial markets, particularly CFD and spread betting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
