Group Reporting Manager (Real Estate)

Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum

FTSE-listed real estate investment business seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead group reporting and consolidation.

What you will do

• Lead and support a Group Reporting team of five accountants.
• Own the half-yearly Group consolidation process, including analysis of financial ratios and performance metrics.
• Oversee financial statements and notes for annual and half-yearly reports.
• Deliver quarterly management reporting, including Underlying Profit, with senior Finance colleagues.
• Manage external audit relationships and resolve audit queries.
• Support corporate transactions, restructurings, technical accounting papers, statutory accounts, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• ACA qualified with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a Big Four or top-six practice.
• Experience in an industry role within a large listed or private environment.
• Strong technical accounting expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in Central London.
