What you will do

• Coordinate and direct daily production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents, determine requirements, and plan work schedules.
• Coordinate operations between departments with other supervisors.
• Maintain records covering employee time, production output, and costs.
• Prepare shift-performance reports and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Request materials, equipment parts, and repair services as needed while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Ability to build successful teams through trust, communicate effectively, and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to quality details, and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work on assigned shifts with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing facility and handle extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic.

Nice to have

• Leadership training courses.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Universal Refrigerant certification, depending on the assigned area.
