Senior Fullstack Engineer (Elixir/Go/React)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and manage scalable, highly available applications and services supporting product development and growing traffic.
• Develop user-facing features across Elixir and Go backend services and a React frontend.
• Build and scale the billing and usage platform supporting hirify.global products.
• Develop identity and account management features.
• Build distributed notifications, including application webhooks and alerting.
• Collaborate with the team on product goals and the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer at a senior level.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React.
• Experience building REST APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Experience deploying complex applications on cloud platforms using container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience solving challenges involving job scheduling, concurrency, and scaling.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and environments in a collaborative setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elixir, ClickHouse, or video technologies.
• Experience with Go, Python, Ruby, Node, or other general-purpose programming languages.
• Computer science degree.
