Senior Marketing Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York City office with a hybrid in-office operation

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for the Company Bonus Pool and new hire equity.

What you will do

• Define and execute marketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, timelines, deadlines, and project ownership.
• Build and manage a content calendar covering external communications, content, timing, and responsibilities.
• Define KPIs, analyze content performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing projects with cross-functional teams and freelancers.
• Organize content and communications for state savings programs across products, asset classes, and formats.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in content and project management.
• Strong understanding of the finance industry or experience in another regulated industry.
• Experience owning projects from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams and diverse content.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing business needs, and learn technical flows to optimize workflows.
• Proficiency in Asana, Excel, and Google Workspace equivalents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined work experience.
