Senior Project Manager – Digital (Website, Platforms)

Location: Detroit, MI, United States. Hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage website development projects, redesigns, content migrations, and ongoing content updates.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, scopes, and deliverables.
• Coordinate designers, developers, content strategists, SEO specialists, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide project status updates, facilitate stakeholder communication, and manage client expectations.
• Ensure quality assurance and manage content calendars and publication workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web project management or content management.
• Experience managing website development projects, content creation workflows, or content migrations.
• Understanding of the website development lifecycle, web design principles, content strategy, SEO, and website analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, plus CMS experience.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, AEM, HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with website accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Client management experience and a track record of successful website launches or content initiatives.
• Agency experience or experience in a similar collaborative environment.
