SAP NS2 HCM Senior Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Remote, Herndon, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Salary: USD 151,900–340,900 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers.
• Build and deliver payroll modernization projects covering migration planning, parallel runs, cutover activities, and quality assurance.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes across complex multi-workstream programs.
• Coordinate Project Managers, partner organizations, technical teams, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Manage contracts, statements of work, billing, resources, change control, and delivery governance.
• Lead executive discussions, stakeholder alignment, and escalation resolution.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience leading complex implementations from planning through deployment.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal, State, or other public sector customers, including government contracting, compliance, and customer governance.
• Strong understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
