SAP NS2 HCM Program Manager (SAP HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be a U.S. citizen. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: USD 142,600–327,200 yearly

What you will do

• Lead complex, fixed-price SAP delivery programs with multiple workstreams.
• Oversee payroll modernization and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate project managers, partner organizations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Evaluate cross-project issues, maintain delivery quality, and drive consistent execution.
• Lead executive discussions, resolve escalations, and strengthen customer trust.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors, including complex implementations from planning through deployment.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream SAP programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple project managers, partner organizations, and delivery teams.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal, state, or other public sector customers.
• Understanding of government contracting, compliance, contracts, statements of work, billing, change control, and delivery governance.
• U.S. citizenship is required because the role involves access to customer data.
