IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: St. Louis, Missouri; hybrid/onsite three days per week. Approximately 5% travel is required for site expansions and project-related activities.

What you will do

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party providers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide project communication and executive-level reporting while driving accountability across project teams.
• Support infrastructure improvements, site expansion initiatives, operational programs, and IT security projects.

Requirements

• Proven IT infrastructure project management experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities independently.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
• Experience creating, managing, and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with A3 Problem Solving and Lean Methodologies.
• Experience supporting infrastructure expansion or site deployment projects.
• Familiarity with IT security initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
