Project Manager, Technology Operations

Location: Based in any US office: Century City, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York City, or Washington, D.C.

Annual compensation: $160,000–$190,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.

What you will do

• Lead technology operations projects from initiation through execution, testing, rollout, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones with Information Systems stakeholders.
• Coordinate infrastructure, network, cloud operations, service desk, security, business, and vendor teams.
• Identify risks and issues, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive updates, and facilitate project and steering committee meetings.
• Coordinate change management, testing, validation, cutover, documentation, and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project or program management experience focused on IT infrastructure or technology operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and supporting tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in environments with stringent compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a professional services, legal, or similarly regulated environment.
• PMP, CAPM, or another project management certification.
