Product Manager for Regulatory Reporting (Fintech)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering mandatory regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and track delivery across teams while meeting deadlines, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead regulator communication, prepare documentation, respond to requests, coordinate audits, and support product compliance.
• Manage the OPS unit responsible for the reporting lifecycle.
• Launch cross-team initiatives, align resources, remove blockers, and coordinate operational and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product or Project Management experience in IT.
• Experience with Data Warehouse solutions and understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data processing, and analytics system architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Project management experience with strict deadlines and high expectations, plus strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and stress resistance.
• Spanish at B1 level or higher and English at B1 level or higher are required.
