Business Operations Sr. Associate (Private Assets)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Product operating model, governance framework, execution standards, and decision-making processes.
• Translate strategic priorities into defined, prioritized roadmap initiatives connected to business outcomes.
• Improve portfolio planning and provide leadership visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and execution health.
• Strengthen the product lifecycle from ideation through development and delivery, including customer value, ownership, and commercial rationale.
• Create playbooks, SOPs, governance standards, onboarding materials, and operating guides for Product and Program Management teams.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives across dashboards, reporting, tooling, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Financial Services, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, or similar product and workflow management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with dashboards, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
