Salary: $80,044.50–$108,295.50 annually

What you will do

• Develop cell culture and purification processes for recombinant proteins in hirify.global’s late-stage pipeline.
• Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales using shake flasks and bioreactors.
• Perform bench- and pilot-scale purification experiments involving filtration and chromatography.
• Evaluate process robustness through process characterization, facility-fit studies, and raw-material evaluation.
• Transfer processes to manufacturing and contribute to technology development projects focused on reliability and efficiency.
• Document and analyze experimental data, present findings, author technical reports, and support regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or an associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
• Relevant hands-on laboratory experience in cell culture or protein purification.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis.
• Experience across both upstream cell culture and downstream purification development.
