Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the full life cycle, from origination through termination.
• Post customer payments accurately and reconcile multiple accounts efficiently.
• Identify billing and payment variances through account reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Resolve discrepancies and disputes, collect past-due amounts, and issue refunds when applicable.
• Work directly with customers and internal departments to maintain accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
• Prepare client-facing account recaps using PowerPoint and Word templates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or finance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and shortcuts.
• Ability to reconcile multiple customer accounts efficiently and perform financial analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in the Coppell office two days per week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek with an 8:00–8:30 a.m. start time.

Nice to have

• Power Query experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial finance or experience with customer-facing financial technology.
