Mgr. G&IM Provider Network Analytics & Insights (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $112,200–$202,600 per year

What you will do

• Manage data sets, analytical tools, and reporting functions for strategic provider network insights.
• Lead a team of analysts and develop their quantitative capabilities.
• Use professional pricing models to support reimbursement negotiations and business growth strategies.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present analytical results.
• Implement innovative data methodologies and support provider reimbursement analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business statistics, accounting, or finance, or four years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants, or presenting analytical results to internal and external audiences.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare data analysis and information reporting.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• PC proficiency with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Supervisory or management experience.
• Experience developing and delivering business intelligence for provider reimbursement calculations.
• Experience modeling prospective provider reimbursement scenarios.
• Project management experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or Dataiku.
