Client Onboarding & Operations Associate (Health Tech)

Salary: $110,000–$115,000 USD per year

hirify.global develops AI Digital Twin technology for metabolic health, using data from continuous glucose monitors, smartwatches, and meal logs to support personalized clinical care for chronic metabolic conditions.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and deployment of hirify.global programs across a portfolio of self-insured employers and ASO clients.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and executives, lead discovery sessions, and design tailored implementation solutions.
• Set up, configure, and test customer instances while coordinating internal resources and external vendors.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects, customer meetings, project plans, risks, escalations, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate data access, eligibility file management, file transfer, validation, and issue resolution with technical partners.
• Analyze pre- and post-launch customer data, prepare actionable reports, train customers, and improve onboarding playbooks and processes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of customer-facing onboarding experience and 2–5 years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience.
• Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or related systems.
• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives, client organizations, technical partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, and MS Project.
• Experience with data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, testing, and ongoing issue resolution.
