Business Analyst (C&IB)

What you will do

• Conduct research, collect and interpret business requirements, and support process, procedure, workflow, and reporting improvements.
• Translate business needs and procedures into workable systems and communicate software requirements to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain policy, procedure, application, system specification, and test-plan documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technology staff to deliver projects, perform risk analysis, and meet required deliverables.
• Support the development, analysis, and distribution of management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret and leverage data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with business processes, data analytics, management reporting, workflow analysis, requirements analysis, process management, project management, and the Waterfall model.
