What you will do

• Program, configure, and commission Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems based on project specifications.
• Integrate DDC systems with HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems.
• Write and test controller programs, troubleshoot programming issues, and diagnose system faults.
• Analyze performance data and optimize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare control sequences, wiring diagrams, as-built drawings, performance reports, and user training materials.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a DDC Controls Programmer in the building automation industry.
• Proficiency with DDC programming platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Siemens Talon, or Distech.
• Knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, lighting controls, energy management, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively while meeting project timelines.
