Location: On-site in London, Ontario, Canada, with additional openings in Philadelphia (PA), Glen Allen (VA), Annapolis (MD), Scranton (PA), and Washington DC (USA). ~10% travel to customer sites required.

- Program and troubleshoot automation platforms remotely and on-site on new and installed equipment
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software via phone and email with internal and external customers
- Work on project-based tasks, including on-site work at customer locations tailored to specific sites
- Serve as technical authority for specific controls software and hardware
- Collaborate autonomously with internal teams and external customers to resolve controls system challenges
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a Controls/Automation role
- 3+ years of SCADA and PLC experience with Rockwell controls software (RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View Studio ME), Siemens and/or Modicon/Schneider Electric controls, and Structured Text
- Ability to work on-site with up to 10% travel
