Lead IT Data Engineer (Onsite)

Location: Onsite at Tyson Emma in Springdale, Arkansas, United States. 1st shift. Work authorization and immigration support are not available now or in the future; relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Lead data strategy and design comprehensive enterprise data architectures and visualization solutions.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions with a strong focus on cloud cost optimization and scalable visualization.
• Establish data governance, privacy, and security controls, including row-level and column-level protections.
• Integrate big data technologies, streaming solutions, ETL tools, and advanced visualization platforms.
• Oversee complex data pipeline orchestration, vendor relationships, and escalated issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers in SQL, scripting, and data visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant practical experience.
• Advanced experience with data streaming, real-time processing, complex data architectures, and scalable systems.
• Deep knowledge of big data technologies and data security measures.
• Ability to lead data architecture reviews and approvals.
• Must already have the required United States work authorization; immigration/work authorization support is not available.

Nice to have

• Relevant IT certification.
• Knowledge of procurement and/or commodities data landscapes.
