AI Data Integration Engineer (RCM Systems)

What you will do

• Lead the architectural design of integration strategies connecting internal and external systems to the central platform.
• Use AI and LLM tools for schema mapping, field reconciliation, entity resolution, and automated data-quality checks.
• Build data models and source-to-target mapping specifications for Practice Management systems and Resolv Core.
• Design and build ETL processes, data pipelines, and REST/SOAP APIs for transferring data between applications.
• Cleanse, structure, and enrich legacy source data, including poorly documented systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations while collaborating with architecture, product, engineering, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data or system integration, ETL engineering, and production integrations with complex legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI for schema inference, field mapping, entity resolution, or data-quality automation.
• Production-grade SQL and relational database experience, plus familiarity with Python and JavaScript or a similar scripting language.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes, data pipelines, APIs, data models, and mapping specifications.
• Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, flat-file, and EDI formats, as well as REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI security practices; HL7/FHIR and healthcare revenue cycle management experience are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Practice Management systems.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services, including Fabric, Data Lake, SQL, and Data Factory.
• Healthcare or revenue cycle management experience.
• HL7/FHIR knowledge.
