RN Health Coach - Part time 30 hours - Evernorth - TX

What you will do

• Provide video and telephone health coaching and support focused on stress, anxiety, depression, and related challenges.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted health assessments to identify education and care needs.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based health improvement plans and help customers overcome barriers to better health.
• Lead group coaching, wellness challenges, health seminars, and other health promotion activities.
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes and meet clinical targets.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with clinical programs, clients, and matrix partners.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the applicable state; compact or additional state licenses may be required.
• At least 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education, or health promotion and at least 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider office.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, CPR, or AED certification.
• Must work from a dedicated home office in Texas with cable broadband or fiber internet providing at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
• Strong clinical, administrative, computer, presentation, independent working, and professional collaboration skills; ability to cover multiple time zones when needed.

Nice to have

• Behavioral health, stress reduction, or chronic disease management experience.
• Master’s Degree in psychology or a related field.
• NBHWC certification or motivational interviewing training.
• Additional languages, including Spanish.
