What you will do

• Lead and grow the Government Contracting assurance practice across government contracting, aerospace, and defense sectors.
• Lead engagement teams and deliver high-quality audit and assurance services across complex client portfolios.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients, boards, audit committees, and other stakeholders.
• Drive business development, client retention, engagement profitability, and cross-firm service expansion.
• Collaborate across borders to support consistent service delivery and client experience.
• Mentor future leaders and contribute to firm-wide talent development, staffing, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or an equivalent professional credential.
• At least 13 years of progressive public accounting, external audit, or assurance experience, including leadership of increasingly complex audit engagements.
• Experience building and maintaining a substantial client portfolio, generating new business, retaining clients, and managing engagement growth.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, risk-based audit methodology, internal control frameworks, and complex financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, business development, ethical judgment, and professional independence.
