• Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for professional services clients.
• Plan engagement strategy, staffing, budgets, timelines, and execution.
• Advise clients and communicate recommendations and significant developments to client leadership and Engagement Principals.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and manage high-performing audit teams.
• Build client relationships and lead discussions about objectives, scope, timelines, fees, findings, and recommendations.
• Review audit programs and internal control evaluations while monitoring quality, compliance, budgets, and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Experience leading teams and managing strategic audit engagements.
• Strong problem-solving, client advisory, communication, and relationship-building skills.
