hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements for state and local government clients.
• Perform assurance procedures and audit complex areas and transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Research, analyze, and report on accounting, auditing, and related developments.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members.
• Collaborate with managers and principals to deliver services and maintain client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant audit experience.
• Experience serving state and local government organizations is preferred.
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
