Revenue Services Team Lead

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; onsite role with some travel required.

Pay: $21.63 per hour.

What you will do

• Instruct basic training classes and help coordinate limited skills, training, and program activities across Revenue Services.
• Perform basic quality audits across Revenue Services functions and provide feedback to internal and external team members.
• Report and summarize operational data, highlighting anomalies and changes in customer behavior to management.
• Resolve escalations across Revenue Services functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and travel when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience in revenue, customer service, or office administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication and human relations skills.
• Advanced understanding of revenue services applications and tools.
• Ability to manage time, organize and multitask, handle changing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
