Customer Support Specialist (Transportation)

Location: On-site in Rogers, Arkansas, United States, Monday–Friday. No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.

Salary: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Schedule and confirm dock appointments for customer shipments.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, facilities, and internal partners about confirmations, delays, and schedule changes.
• Use facility portals, online scheduling tools, phone, and email to manage appointments.
• Update shipment records with appointment times, reference numbers, and facility contact details.
• Resolve scheduling issues with internal and external partners to help prevent delays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Entry-level profile with 0–1 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and email etiquette.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work on-site at the Rogers office.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of the freight industry.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
