Senior Designer, Tailoring & Structured Wovens

Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of tailoring and structured wovens, including outerwear, jackets, pants, and skirts.
• Own the design process from initial concept through final production approval.
• Create sketches, technical flats, and tech packs to communicate design intent.
• Conduct trend, silhouette, fabric, pattern, and trim research for seasonal direction.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical Design, and Product Development to meet time-and-action milestones.
• Lead fittings from prototype through production and mentor the design team.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience designing woven apparel at a contemporary or luxury brand.
• Strong creative vision and design sensibility.
• Excellent hand and digital sketching skills with a strong eye for color.
• Deep technical knowledge of tailoring, structured wovens, fit, and construction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple functions.
