Senior Designer (Fashion)

What you will do

• Research global, cultural, and fashion trends and translate them into seasonal concepts, mood boards, and product direction.
• Design womenswear Jersey ranges across basics and fashion products, including tops, dresses, bottoms, and separates.
• Drive key fashion shapes, commercial product opportunities, hero pieces, and speed-to-market initiatives.
• Use customer insights, sales performance, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Present concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders while collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Technical, and Sourcing teams.
• Build supplier relationships to develop fabrics, washes, prints, and construction, while supporting and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing womenswear Jersey.
• Strong trend forecasting, commercial awareness, and understanding of the Topshop customer and brand aesthetic.
• Excellent CAD, sketching, product development, and range-building skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial performance and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
