What you will do

• Manage cylinder-filling operations according to production plans, including safe start-up and shutdown, valve handling, cylinder connections, batch numbering, labeling, analysis, and traceability documentation.
• Monitor operating parameters, perform production and quality checks, and initiate corrective actions when results are not optimized.
• Coordinate empty and full cylinder handling, including truck unloading and loading, cylinder sorting, test-date checks, buffer-zone management, customer-order picking, and forklift operations.
• Respond to emergencies, initiate safety procedures, and communicate safety or operational issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with lockout, confined-space, personal protective equipment, quality, and analytical procedures.
• Record production data, maintain operational and incident documentation, review technical documents, and identify safety and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Work onsite at the Brush Prairie, Washington plant.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with plant operations, cylinder handling, production tracking, and process documentation.
• Ability to follow safety procedures for lockout, confined spaces, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.
