Lead Presales Solution Consultant (HCM & Payroll)

Location: Remote within the United States; willingness to travel for customer engagements is required and travel may exceed 50%.

Salary: $115,100–$165,450 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations and identify customer challenges, priorities, and success measures.
• Design end-to-end solution approaches aligned with customer business needs and product capabilities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for diverse audiences, including senior business leaders.
• Collaborate with Product and Services to validate solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps.
• Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting complex sales cycles in presales, solution consulting, or a consultative customer-facing role.
• Experience presenting solutions to a range of audiences, including senior business leaders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, potentially exceeding 50%.
• Preferred experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
