IT Senior Domain Architect (AI/3D Design Software)

Location: Hybrid role based in East Berlin, Connecticut; Westwood, Massachusetts; or Manchester, New Hampshire. Employees must work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and must be able to work up to five days in the office when required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire may be necessary.

What you will do

• Apply domain technologies to solve business problems in a supportable and cost-effective way.
• Define technology standards, reference architectures, solution guidelines, metrics, patterns, and building blocks.
• Evaluate current capabilities, technology trends, vendors, products, and market developments to guide future-state architecture.
• Develop migration plans, identify technology gaps, and lead architecture improvement initiatives.
• Coach architects and subject matter experts while leading cross-domain architecture reviews and collaboration.
• Govern solutions spanning multiple technology domains and approve designs and implementations for compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, AI agent technologies, and 3D design software domains.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, desktop application environments, software packaging, licensing automation, and SSO configuration.
• Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies, IT service management, IT standards, and controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years in an IT Architect or Lead Subject Matter Expert role and at least 10 years of related technology or application solutions experience.
• Must be available for emergency storm assignments and required travel between MA, CT, and NH.
