Enterprise Solutions Architect (Construction Software)

Location: United States; listed locations include Portsmouth, NH, Portland, OR, and Westminster, CO. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Advise customer executives on technical architecture, strategic workflows, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead business solution and process reviews to improve technology adoption and operational ROI.
• Align cross-functional teams and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Share industry best practices to help enterprise architectures adapt, scale, and meet market demands.
• Create reusable solution-wide architecture artifacts that optimize end-to-end customer workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical or solutions architecture, systems engineering, strategic construction consulting, or process optimization.
• Experience presenting to, influencing, and building relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to map complex business requirements to technical software features and design methodologies.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Expertise with hirify.global B2W or the broader hirify.global Construction Management Solutions ecosystem.
• Experience using agentic AI tools such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with agentic orchestration platforms such as n8n, Workato, or Google Gemini Enterprise.
