Director of Global Strategic Finance (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning across global business units and geographies.
• Own global P&L consolidation, intercompany eliminations, variance analysis, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare Board packages, investor updates, earnings guidance, long-range guidance, and rigorous financial narratives.
• Build capital allocation frameworks and evaluate ROI, payback, scenario outcomes, and post-investment realization.
• Develop strategic models for organic growth, M&A, divestitures, portfolio optimization, IPO, strategic sale, and refinancing scenarios.
• Lead acquisition due diligence, valuation, synergy analysis, integration planning, carve-out modeling, covenant monitoring, and financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including three-statement modeling, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and business analysis.
• 5+ years of strategic finance or FP&A experience with Board-level reporting and executive partnership.
• Experience in PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS environments and global, multi-entity consolidations across currencies and accounting standards.
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills, including audit trails, documentation, complex scenarios, and stress testing.
• Experience with EPM planning tools and ERP systems, plus the ability to lead teams and communicate with executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• M&A, transaction modeling, synergy analysis, due diligence, and integration financial planning experience.
• MBA or CPA.
• Experience in technology, software, private equity, investment banking, or M&A.
