Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States, preferably within 2–3 hours of Cleveland, Ohio, for occasional in-person connection

What you will do

• Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis by consolidating data across functions and partnering with Operations Finance.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and the three-year strategic plan.
• Build expense, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks and identify business trends.
• Own month-end reporting, explain variances, and prepare board and executive reporting packages.
• Guide capital allocation and ROI analysis, including capitalized software tracking with Technology and Accounting.
• Support M&A due diligence and acquisition integration while using AI tools to automate recurring analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Experience in SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments.
• Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or similar planning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience; ability to present clear financial narratives to senior leaders.
