Location: Plano, Texas, United States. The role requires existing authorization to work in the United States and does not offer employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage collision technical training schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create KPI summary reports and dashboards to track training plans, actual results, and operational trends.
  • Analyze training performance, adjust schedules, and develop annual plans to improve capacity utilization.
  • Improve the training registration process and reduce administrative effort.
  • Lead collision educational programs, including school research, feasibility analysis, stakeholder communication, and contract management.
  • Support four training centers with orders, facilities, class preparation, billing, budgets, and other collision-related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • More than five years of experience in the retail or automotive field.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders, analyze KPIs, manage schedules, and support operational projects.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of or experience with the Toyota/Lexus Technician Certification Program.
  • Experience using Cornerstone or a similar learning management system.
