Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States; onsite supplier manufacturing locations, primarily in the Midwest, and the Spartanburg, South Carolina Assembly Plant. Requires 50–60% travel.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour.

What you will do

  • Provide onsite quality assurance support at supplier manufacturing locations.
  • Support APQP, PPAP, capacity verification, supplier quality planning, and process control reviews.
  • Assess supplier operations, technical capabilities, quality systems, and manufacturing process controls.
  • Participate in problem-solving, containment actions, 8D resolution, and corrective-action effectiveness verification.
  • Support functional validation trials of supplier parts at the Spartanburg Assembly Plant.
  • Use statistical analysis tools for quality assessments and process capability evaluations, with a focus on body commodities and sheet metal forming.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% to supplier manufacturing locations and the Spartanburg Assembly Plant.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Manufacturing or assembly process experience or familiarity.
