Construction Project Manager (Curtainwall)

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage scope, tasks, processes, and schedules for small-to-mid-sized construction projects.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, clients, internal teams, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process compliance, consistency, accountability, and project profitability.
• Complete project tasks that enable regional leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics and results.
• Apply technical expertise to identify challenges proactively and mitigate potential losses.

Requirements

• Construction experience applicable to the curtainwall business is required.
• Curtainwall, glass, and glazing experience is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time-management, and change-management skills.
