Senior Associate, BPA for AI, Digital and Business Technology (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based

What you will do

• Maintain monthly service expenditure forecasts, conduct reviews with Line Owners, submit forecasts to Finance, and explain variances.
• Support month-end closing, calculate personnel costs, prepare purchase order accrual estimates, and submit manual accruals.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor onboarding, hardware maintenance, software amortization, SOW and MSA signatures, reclassifications, and intercompany submissions.
• Extract historical data and consolidate inputs for annual planning reviews with Function Heads.
• Own the Reveal Forecast tool, including G/L account mapping, system calculations, and application process management.
• Support demand and project management, cost planning, Capex reporting, and depreciation calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.
• Advanced English proficiency and the ability to submit a resume in English.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as Reveal, SAP, and Guided Buying.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work from the Mexico City office at least 3 days per week.
