Clinical Strategy and Program Development Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve clinical performance across priority populations and specialties.
• Develop clinical performance frameworks, quality measures, measurement strategies, and strategic roadmaps.
• Build business cases, strategic recommendations, adoption approaches, and investment priorities for clinical initiatives.
• Partner with clinical, analytics, operations, network, and business teams to establish success metrics and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present recommendations that influence executive decision-making.
• Monitor healthcare trends and emerging practices to expand enterprise clinical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, clinical strategy, healthcare consulting, population health, provider performance, value-based care, or quality improvement; alternatively, 4 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop strategic recommendations and partnering with analytics teams on healthcare data.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, developing business cases, presenting to senior leadership, and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, storytelling, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, public health, epidemiology, healthcare administration, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• Clinical degree or licensure such as MD, DO, PharmD, APRN, NP, PA, RN, or BSN.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, quality measurement methodologies, and performance analytics.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage populations and healthcare research synthesis.
