Implementation Consultant (Payments)

Location: Hybrid position in Bogota, Colombia; office days confirmed by the Hiring Manager

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content.
• Collaborate with business leadership to identify and address knowledge gaps.
• Implement long-term knowledge management strategies with the Director of Knowledge Management.
• Maintain content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in knowledge management.
• Use digital tools, including Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, to support everyday work.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in project and time management, process improvement, and introducing innovative ideas.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and own outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, transaction processing, authorizations, payment networks, APIs, and financial services technology.
• Experience with knowledge management, content development, stakeholder relationships, and adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with banks, fintechs, digital wallets, processors, or payment service providers.
• Experience implementing payment solutions through onboarding, certification, testing, and go-live.
• Knowledge of card payments and broader banking platforms, plus payment integrations and client-facing delivery.
• Experience delegating work, coaching teams, and managing performance.
