What you will do

• Coordinate market research projects from client lockdown through fieldwork closure.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on study objectives and survey requirements.
• Set up questionnaires and online studies, coordinate translations, and complete pre-launch quality checks.
• Manage test product logistics, concept handling, data collection, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor live studies, troubleshoot issues, escalate risks, and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate third-party sampling vendors, maintain performance metrics, and use AI tools to improve quality, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in research and project management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, coordination, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools and validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with research standards.
