Project Manager – Launch & Commercialization Excellence (Pharma)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid work with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate pre-launch and launch activities using global frameworks and best practices.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, templates, and launch materials.
• Track delivery through Agile methodologies, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, digital, and other functions.
• Identify risks, define mitigation actions, and remove potential bottlenecks.
• Improve launch excellence processes and tools across global teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a project manager leading complex, cross-functional, or multi-market initiatives in healthcare, pharma, or a related field.
• Experience with PMO and Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong project planning, risk management, communication, facilitation, and decision-support skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English at C1 level, written and spoken.
