Infrastructure Project Manager (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

What you will do

• Manage infrastructure and facility projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, execution plans, milestones, and reporting.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal technical stakeholders.
• Lead design, constructability, and value-engineering reviews while resolving multidisciplinary design conflicts.
• Monitor construction progress, change orders, contractor claims, RFIs, costs, risks, safety, and critical-path schedules.
• Coordinate commissioning, startup, punch-list completion, as-builts, O&M manuals, training, and asset handover to Facilities and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction, infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or capital projects.
• Experience managing projects through design and construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management.
• Experience managing architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial, advanced manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, laboratory, or other technically complex facilities.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$100M+ and mission-critical infrastructure or utility systems.
• PMP, PE, CCM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with commissioning, operational readiness, and owner/operator capital projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar project-management platforms.
