Onboarding Payer Operations Coordinator

Location: Fully remote internationally

Compensation: $6–$9 per hour, with the final rate based on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Execute provider enrollment, credentialing, licensing, and onboarding tasks under the guidance of Specialists and Team Leads.
• Input, maintain, and update provider data across credentialing databases and internal systems.
• Review enrollment applications, supporting documents, and status updates for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, operational issues, and complex cases.
• Participate in team meetings, provide task updates, and learn workflows, SOPs, and systems.
• Support process improvement efforts and contribute to a collaborative operations environment.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; relevant internship experience is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and document management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established workflows, learn new systems, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Ability to work fully remotely internationally.
• Interest in building a career in healthcare operations and supporting hirify.global’s mission.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable.
• Experience with data management tools such as Airtable.
